Payment Terms

  • By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 or over. If you are making a purchase as a gift, then the recipient must also be over 18 years old.

  • Orders must be accompanied by payment via our website. Payment is deducted when you place your order (Except offline payment, ie. PayMe/FPS).

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. 

  • Payment can also be made offline by PayMe and FPS.  To pay by PayMe or FPS, please choose "OFFLINE PAYMENT" at check out.  Any order paid for by PayMe or FPS will not be dispatched until the transfer has cleared.  Our FPS ID : 165677816.

  • All prices and charges listed on this site are in Hong Kong Dollars, and exclude applicable delivery charge.

Delivery, Return & Exchange Policy

  • Delivery must be to a physical address in Hong Kong only.

  • The delivery charge of HK$80 is applicable for orders under HK$600.

  • We deliver to most of the locations in Hong Kong, except some remote areas and the following Outlying Islands : Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Lantau Islands (Except Tung Chung). Additional HK$150 fees will be charged for any deliveries to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.  However, we can arrange for delivery to the designated Ferry Pier in Central or any MTR Stations with no extra cost, please contact us for more details.

  • Unless otherwise specified, most orders can be delivered within 72 hours, or 3 working days.  However this is subject to the availability of the type of products you ordered, for example, pre-orders and seasonal products.

  • We understand things change, so we try to be flexible as possible by allowing you to request a new delivery time and address . Should you have any amendments or special request regarding to your delivery time and address, please feel free to email us at

  • You will receive an email notification once your order is confirmed.  If for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will receive 100% refund within 7 working days.

  • We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. 

  • Bar Cart Company Limited is not liable for any damages made by the delivery process, to any person, or to any properties or possessions. 

  • It is important that your address given to us is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).

  • It is important to us that you receive your order in pristine condition and we assure you we will make every effort to ensure this is the case. However, some products may unfortunately get breakages or leakages during transit. Always inspect your delivery for breakages or damages, If it is apparent that any of these have occurred, do let us know immediately,  we will assist you in replacing your order at no extra cost to you.  However once the receiver signs off on the order, Bar Cart Company Limited will no longer be responsible for any damages incurred thereafter.

  • If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. Any refund or exchange, must be requested within 7 days.

  • These terms and conditions can change without notice and at the discretion of Bar Cart Co.
